Not red lead, but red crayon.
It says "Red Lead" right on pencil. It is NOT lead. It is crayon inside a pencil body. Hard to sharpen since it keeps breaking like a crayon. Very expensive for what you actually get. Took a gamble, and lost. So I'm here to warn you to not buy it. Anyone who posted a review and said it was good, is not a real carpenter. Maybe a weekend warrior.If you can sharpen it, it will wear very fast (like a crayon would).So, my quest continues. To find a marker that I can mark wet pressure treated lumber outside in the elements.
