It's a decent ruler. Not a heavy duty one but it will do the trick. Arrived undamaged in a huge box. A little pricey. Probably should be in the $10 range. I haven't used it very much, so don't know how durable it is.

I decided I needed to ge this ruler to draw straight lines, and keep them measured, for my canvas artwork. I had already purchased their foot long ruler, but did not need a yardstick. This is a happy alternative, and can be used for minor construction, and cloth work, as well. It's metal material will prevent warping, and increase wearability to forever. I mean, this is alright, but it feels flimsy, thin, and cheap. You can do better for the money. Yeah, this is fine for basic measuring, but if you use this with any regularity for crafting or DIY projects, I don't see this lasting long before the numbers wear off or it just warps.

This is just what I've needed in my hobby projects. The cork backing makes sure my material doesn't move while I'm razor cutting it to size. Great quality at a reasonable cost.can't beat the combination !

I ordered this ruler for my paper crafting projects. It is very well made and sturdy. The cork backing allows the ruler to stay in place during measurement use. The measurement markings are very easy to read, which is what I need based on my prescription glasses. The ruler arrived well packaged and on time.

My wooden ruler didn't have metric measures on it. This one has both and is of good quality. The cork backing keeps it in place. If you need a ruler, this is a good choice.

I use the product to create mechanical drawings. My THANKS! to Best Buy personnel for their excellent handling of my replacement ruler. The first ruler I received had cork backing out - of - position (See attached picture with "three" red arrows.). I received a new replacement promptly within 2 business days at N/C including S&H and the cork backing on this one was positioned satisfactorily (See attached picture with "two" red arrows.).
