Review on 🔌 Mishimoto MMOC-F Enhanced Transmission Cooler with Electric Fan by Luis Green

We had a Hummer H2 truck with a transmission that stubbornly overheated both in the heat and when towing a trailer. This transmission cooler/fan combination was installed in series rather than parallel at the recommendation of a transmission specialist. Since the H2 doesn't have room to mount in front of the main radiator, we had to mount it on the bottom of the frame and two on one side. Although the location is far from ideal, the fan helps overcome this limitation. The average temperature dropped by about 10 degrees. If you can install it in a better position, you'll probably get even better performance. Our mechanic said the product was of good quality. As other reviewers have pointed out, the fan is quite noisy, but not enough to be a problem. You'll only notice it in the background when it's on.
