This mount works very well with my 50" Panasonic Viera. The bracket allows the TV to be rotated a full 45° so that it is perpendicular to the wall and even slightly further away. The only criticism of the bracket is that it's difficult to mount the TV in a horizontal position. The screws holding the rotation in place had to be tightened as the TV flexed a few inches to the right within 5 minutes of adjustment. When my wife held the TV while I tightened the screws with a wrench, it worked. This took a while as the screws are difficult to reach while trying to keep the TV flush with the wall and only allow 1/8th of a turn at a time. However, the adjustment was a one-off; It's been running perfectly for a few months. For the money this is a great mount and I would recommend it. Just bring a friend with you. :)
