The quality is good, a pity that the next strap is not adjustable.
My daughter is 11 years old, tall (1.50 m) and loves to wear ties. I love the material and length of this item but unfortunately the neck strap is not adjustable. So my daughter couldn't close it with velcro. I'll be back.
