Exact replacement for 7th gen 2 door civic

Replacement requires a few basic hand tools and some flexibility. The only difficult part is disconnecting the rod linkage to the outside door handle. In theory you can pry the rod out carefully but it was taking too much force for my taste. You can just disconnect the rest of the rods / window track fairly easily and pull the entire assembly just into view. Remove the screw on the hold down plate and you should be able to replace the actuator without much of a problem.

This was an exact fit for a 2009 Honda Odyssey. It looked identical in quality and contruction compared to the original part. The part switched out perfectly with the broken actuator and works just like new.There are plenty of YouTube videos that show the replacement of this part and are a good reference, even if your vehicle is slightly different from the one in the video. To avoid any dings or scratches, have patience when prying apart some of the door panel parts.
