Review on Volant 15742 Cool Air Intake by Tyrone Narvaez

I had a K&N 77 series with a chrome tube, based on reviews and recommendations I replaced it with this one. It is said to have better dyno performance than the K&N. Of course it's not flashy, but it works better. The plastic tube doesn't absorb as much heat, so the air stays cooler. The airbox helps keep excess hot engine air inside much better than the made-up heat shield joke that comes with the K&N, and the airbox also provides better reinforcement than without it (probably due to air pressure in the engine). Box or engine warm air insulation. The forward facing hole on the box is nice because if you want to modify the pipe to actually get that cold air you can easily do that. This is a relatively new company in the suction game, but they are releasing great products.
