Review on Folding Knife Opinel No. 9 Carbon Beech (113090) Wooden Handle by Wiktor elazny ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.

Due to the light weight, there is a feeling of fragility. The knife seems to be excellent, it just did not live up to expectations. I wanted something more severe, or something.

Pros
  • Convenient locking mechanism, rather sharp sharpening. In terms of aesthetics, everything is fine.
Cons
  • Very light. Thin. More suitable for the kitchen.

With its pros. Well made, interesting story. Cons: Carbon rusts and requires maintenance. Take stainless steel and everything will be fine.

Its pros: Opinel! Do not add or subtract here. Laconic design. Excellent performance. Comfortable. Practical Handsome after all. Got cons: Expensive! (joke. Norm actually)

Has pros: Knife folding lock, wooden handle. Price for 1 when paying with bonuses. Cons below: Stupidly rusted and rummaged with spots after a week of use.

A good knife for certain purposes. Not suitable for a kitchen knife. Take another steel, not carbon.

I bought a child as a gift and decided to compare it with my opinel 15 years ago. Not in favor of the new absolutely.

Got pros: All the benefits of carbon. Some cons: It is necessary to "finish with a file".

Got pros: This is opinel and that says it all, holds sharpening well, you can carry it with you, a field for creativity Cons below: Carbon, yet very sensitive to water
