I called tech support 5 times to say I need to cut the cable and see if it works properly. I installed everything correctly and followed all the instructions. The probe that goes into the radiator doesn't heat up enough because I have efficiency aluminum. 4wheel online does nothing to return the product. I spoke to the technicians in Derala and it was great working with them. Thomas on extension 114 knows his way around. He even said he would give permission to send the product back but 4wheelonline wouldn't call them or even email me back. I spent more time troubleshooting than installing the product. I can't even drive and have been trying to get it to work for 3 weeks and it's still in my house. What a company joke (4wheelonline) doesn't care about the customer. Don't waste time with 4wheelonline. I don't know why Amazon even bothers with this. The only reason I give this product a 3 is because of Derale's customer service.
