Easy, efficient and flawless automation tool
We love how it can be adapted to any size of business in one platform!It's also very reliable as we never had an issue with our back-office system since its implementation (almost 6 months ago).
The UI/UX could improve but I think they are working hard at this point so just give them some more updates! It helps us manage all aspects related to guests from checkin / out process through room details & even food orders which was once done manually by agents were now automated via Zapier integrations between platforms - saving days per month for each agent who used other systems than ours!!
