Wires are reversed on my review.

It's worth leading off every review of these with noting that the wires are opposite of what you'd expect - the black is the the positive and the colored wire (the wire color is the color of the LED, so you can find what you want quickly) is the negative. Other than that, they work great. Bright with 12-volt power. Leads are a good length. Good value for the money. Just frustrating when you put them down for 3 weeks and forget about the polarity.

These lights emit a uniform and consistent brightness, creating a polished and professional finish

The lights may not be suitable for certain aquarium or aquatic applications
