Great idea but watch the weight

I bought this unit to help me carry groceries from the store to my top floor apartment. My biggest issues are with the soda which I buy in 16 ounce bottles as I usually buy 4 x 6 packs.4 6 packs just fit snugly in the packbasket and this device makes it very easy to carry the soda up the stairs bring to. That was until the backpack system crashed and I lost almost everything on the way up. It appears that one of the plastic tabs on the system has broken and the fabric tab that the other plastic clip attaches to has come loose from the case. I was a little disappointed with this as the bag is listed as being able to carry 30lbs but I noticed that the harness system does not list the weight. 4 packs of six weigh about 26 pounds so that should be a little under the limit for the system but that doesn't seem to be the case. I still like the system as I have two of them. Now I limit my sodas to two six pack abs and some other lighter food. I bought one of the strap pads which allows me to use a second bag without the backpack system and can also hold two of the six packs of soda. Between two bags at a time (on my back, the second on my shoulder) I can carry my four lemonades up the stairs. So overall I like the bag and shoulder strap system, but be careful with the weight you put in the bag when using it as part of the backpack system. I would buy this product again and recommend it if you are aware of the weight restrictions.
