I'm a man so I washed dishes with my bare hands. I was not ashamed of wrinkled fingers and hands after a long wash, but since I started working as a nurse in a hospital, everything changes. As a nurse, I have to wash my hands constantly at work during the 12-hour shift. So when I get home, the skin on my hands is already damaged, dry and cracked. Usually hands heal in 2-3 days. So if I have to wash the dishes the next day, my hands aren't healed when I have to go back to work. And if you have cracks on your hands, they sting every time you use alcohol-based hand sanitizer at work. Cracked hands also increase the likelihood of bacterial/viral infection. These gloves appear to be durable. I usually wear small gloves but for these gloves I fit almost snugly in the medium size. After that, the gloves dry quickly. The inside of the gloves feels comfortable and soft. I'm no longer afraid to wash the dishes.
