For a first time K-Tape user, I really liked it. The preprocessing helped since I was new to it. There were a couple of times when it didn't stick, don't know why as feet were clean and dry. Since the ends go up I'll just cut them off. As far as pain relief goes. OMG it works! About 7 years ago I fractured my right knee, had a bone graft for nonunion and finally had a steel surgical plate and 17 screws removed. I have a special bandage that I use, but it can't be worn over jeans, so I didn't wear it all the time. My knee often just gave out and it hurt constantly. I watched a few videos of me gluing an entire knee and then gluing myself, the pain relief was immediate. I can't tell you how excited I was! I then decided to use it on areas of my left thigh and leg where I was living with chronic nerve pain (the pain resembles fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy) after a traffic accident in 2002. Constant burning from thigh down. Since then I have been taking painkillers to relieve the pain. The bottom line is that using this tape helped in the most painful areas. The pain hasn't completely gone yet, but I hope using this patch will help me get rid of the meds completely! I've used other bands but so far this seems to be the best for the knee area. I like that the edges don't fray like other brands.
