This tape works very well! It is worth showering and bathing daily for several days in a row before you have to change clothes. The downside is that it's so good and so sticky it rips my skin off when I remove it. Advice to the master, soak it in baby oil and very, very slowly remove it by soaking it in hot water.

I have purchased at least 20 different Revain Kinesiology Tapes including the KT brand. I have used over 100 rolls of different CT tapes in 6 months. This is definitely my favourite. It really sticks to the skin, even at the ends. I have severe arthritis in my fingers and with other CT tapes they usually start to crumble and peel off at the ends after a day. I am very active and have several classes a day. I have been using tape daily for almost three years. I've tried them all and most have their own unique pros and cons. I haven't tried it on my ribs or knees (or anywhere other than my wrist), so I can't comment on the stretch or glue residue. For wrist application I use a piece of gauze bandage. This tape appears to be more durable, and its self-adhesion, like gauze, is impressive. I love the amazing jar it comes in. I will buy again. Again, this review is only for wrapping it around my wrist.
