After installing and turning on Windows 10 installed drivers for some abstract WiFi adapter, and that was it. No matter how I twisted the antennas, I did not see a single piece of iron network. The drivers downloaded from the DLINK site did not fit. Win 10 refuses to run the driver installer exe, and manually installing the drivers does not change anything - the device refuses to work. A cursory search for information on the Web showed that there are two revisions of this wonderful piece of iron, a relatively trouble-free A, which starts up and at the very least works, and a bad, worthless revision B. I was lucky to buy revision B. Do not under any circumstances buy the DWA-548 revision B1, it's a trap!
