Has some pros: In my opinion, this is one of the best options for dormant bacteria for an aquarium. I have been using it for 4 years already, one ampoule per 500 liters once a month when replacing water. The result is definitely there, judging by the amount of deposits on the substrates of the external filter. I keep it in the fridge just in case. The package lasts me a little more than two years. During this time, the efficiency does not drop. Has cons: A little expensive, but given that there are 30 ampoules in a package, it turns out to be very, very acceptable.
