Ideal for men for diet and sports nutrition

Received this as a kind gesture to my husband. He wasn't very excited about taking it, but he did. At first he didn't quite follow the instructions. As the month passed and he began to feel the benefits, it was better to take them as recommended. He has just placed another order himself so I know he is feeling the benefits of taking it.
