Programmable, stylish, high quality LED aquarium lighting ideal for 10 gallon.

This is a very impressive LED light, perfect for my 10 gallon micro plant aquarium. I've had several lighting systems on this tank, all LED, but this one is by far the best! First, it's a fit. That's great for a traditional 10-gallon standard plastic-framed tank. With the adjustable ends extended furthest, this light sits snugly on either side of the tank with just enough tension to hold it in place perfectly. It is also suitable for new modern frameless tanks. Also, the best thing about this light is the adjustable lighting control, not only for the brightness but also for the color spectrum. There are 4 basic color settings: Daylight, Moonlight, Coral Light and Fish Light. Technically, the Fish Light setting is the default for freshwater plants and aquariums, but they all work if you have a tank with plants. It really depends on which color you like the most. In terms of brightness, almost 3 large daylight color spectra ensure very intense lighting at 100% setting. I have a heavily planted "jungle" style tank and even then I have to keep the level at 50% or less because it can be too light. But you can reduce it to 10% if you want, so there's a lot of flexibility here. There are control buttons on the light box itself, but it's like the controls on a TV, you'll never use them as you have a good remote control. control instead. It has an LCD screen so you can see what settings you're using and everything you need to adjust the many colors, brightness and timers. Please note that this requires a pair of AA batteries which are not included. In terms of heat, the flashlight features an aluminum main frame that helps dissipate heat from the top of the unit. At 100% brightness it gets very warm, but honestly it's too bright for most aquariums. At 40% - 50% it's barely warm in the top part of the unit, the bottom part of the lamp, facing the water, practically heats up not, which is very convenient in the summer, since the water in the aquarium does not heat up. Negative? What I notice negatively is that when switching between the color spectra, the brightness is automatically reset to the highest level of 100%. I'd rather set it to 50% and navigate through different colors, but that's a bit of a problem. It also comes with a long power cord and power adapter, you have enough length from the tank to the outlet. All in all this is an impressive device that I am very fond of and would highly recommend!
