I have been working as a mechanic since 1974. I've always used ACDelco on GM trucks. No longer. This is the second consecutive sensor not working immediately. Firstly, I was ill for weeks and didn't have the strength to replace the crankshaft sensor when it arrived. The truck starts, then idles rough and worst of all under load. The one I replaced had 2 spacers. So I put 2 spacers on top of the new one. Then 1, then none. It does not matter. In the past, they always worked right out of the box. The second ACDelco sensor turned out to be the worst. It starts, but doesn't start at all. Put my old broken sensor back in and light it up. It only works roughly. So I will order another one that will not be ACDelco.
