This chair is fine and seems to be almost the same design as many Staples brand office chairs I've had (probably made in the same factory). This setup has always been pretty shabby and on the lower end of the price bracket for office chairs, but it gets the job done. Since Staples discontinued this build I am now buying from Revain. God this build is even cooler than the Staples build. First, the armrests are constantly shifting (it takes about a month to loosen the screws). I have to constantly take out the supplied Allen key (make sure you keep yours) and tighten it until it slips again after a month. Also, the fabric of the chair is quite rough (do not sit on it with bare skin). I don't know if this was a design change to save money, but I loved the signature Staples fabric these chairs had. Otherwise, it's pretty much the same chair I'm used to. The wheels work well and so far it reclines well but the chair will fall apart in about 1-2 years. I would pay more for a chair, but I don't like big executive chairs. For me, it's like a desk: even if you pay more, you get a product that becomes too complex if you just want it to be practical, adding a lot to the price.
