This is an update to my review, I have downgraded my rating from 3 to 1 star. I originally gave 3 stars because although the seat cushion was thin, usually only cushions are left. 6 months comfortable, then I get the pillow. However, after 7 months the chair is unusable. This chair is fine and seems to be almost the same design as many Staples brand office chairs I've had (probably made in the same factory). While assembling the screws, I noticed a small item wrapped in bubbles and put it aside, thinking it was a prefix for later.
