As soon as they were there, I put them down right away. I bought a best selling Acer laptop and it had cheap upgrade options to add an extra SSD drive and a cheap 16GB RAM upgrade. During installation I had to snap the cable to the drive. This is a really good cable with a very small connector/adapter to connect to the motherboard. It's so good that even a few fingers were too big for the task. This set of small to medium sized needle nose pliers came to the rescue. One to hold the cable at the right angle and the other to grab the tiny blue plastic lip to guide it into position. Will you be using it as often as a full-size needle nose? Not really, but when you need the right tool for the job, they come in handy. They will be a good addition to your arsenal. Highly recommended. By the way, they are precise. The tip matches perfectly.
