Review on Delaney 5-Piece Floral Patchwork Daybed Cover Set: 100% Cotton Quilt Coverlet, Pre-Washed, Daybed Size by Michelle Ramanath

This is the second quilt I have bought from this company. I prefer 100% cotton and a little bit of handwork which is hard to find at a reasonable price. The front of this quilt is a mix of what I would call "vintage" floral prints, mostly muted earth tones with the occasional splash of light salmon and coral. The blocks measure 8-10 inches and are sewn together like a traditional patchwork quilt. The filler is a thin wadding of cotton, and the wrong side is one of the prints on the front. appropriate pressure selection, both on the face. This is machine quilting in parallel lines with an emphasis on larger kantha style stitches. The binding is made of the fabric that makes up the backing. My bedroom is quite small and the scale of the large blocks was quite bold for my liking. I flipped the comforter and opted for the overall sage print with patchwork overlays as an accent. I ordered a queen size to cover my full mattress which is on a 16" platform frame. It hangs just a few inches off the ground on three sides, which is what I wanted. Very nice view and well made cotton duvet. Although it's a lighter duvet, I can use it year-round with a duvet or duvet for extra warmth.
