My wife recently had major shoulder surgery which required her to sleep in a chair for over 6 months. Without that pillow, I would have become an alcoholic. And she would be grumpier. We've tried all types of neck pillows, including memory foam pillows. This one is the best. Memory foam cannot be used in cars here because we live in such a cold climate. Turns into a stone when it's cold. This pillow has small beads that move when you want them to but keep their shape and give you good support when you don't want them to move. This is good because you can actually wear this pillow behind your neck. Most are too bulky. I highly recommend this pillow! This is by far the best we've bought and the cheapest!
