Review on Pantum M6552NW Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer for Home Office - All-in-One Print Copy Scan, 23 ppm Speed, 50-Sheet ADF, 150-Sheet Large Paper Capacity by Chuck Hernandez

Bought two for Christmas gifts. One works perfectly. Very easy to set up, unlike some printers I've set up. Another stops talking wirelessly after about 2 weeks, which requires a software reset. Contact the factory they told me to reload the software! Have done this repeatedly. This device will be replaced under warranty. So far, the factory claims that the printer changes the IP address and the software restarts. UPDATE: From the factory we set the network to "Hostname" from the IP address. It worked for another 3 weeks, then the network disappeared again! We've already done this twice, bringing the total to 5 times to reload the software. Will update again when I see what Pantum will do. Note: The other device is working fine but is rarely used, being off for most of its lifetime and only turning on when something needs to be input.
