The print quality is good but the quality of the scanned images is very poor We were very disappointed as we use the scanner a lot AND the software is very basic. You need to use a more complete separate software.

Of all the printers I've ever bought, this one was the hardest to connect to without a direct connection to the computer I'm trying to print from. The printer keeps disconnecting from the wireless network. Even if it's connected to the network, it goes to sleep, and when you wake up, it loses all of its settings! We go to Walmart and buy a cheap one. It's not even worth my time - I'm not even going to give it back.

I would not recommend this product, it's a $$$ paperweight. Bought in October 2020 and after the first cartridge change, the printer does not recognize the cartridge. I sent photos to customer service but they apologized that they couldn't help me because 90 days had passed. Although one of their support members said this is a known issue. I like it in every way except that the documentation that came with it was the most patchy I've ever seen. Tiny font, poor graphics, etc. If I had to set it up for WiFi, it would have taken much longer to set up. Go to the Pantum website and watch the videos or you will never know that the keyboard can be tilted and locked for more comfortable use. It produces a solid feel when moved, handled and operated. Bought printer and spare toner-- Started moving this week, worked well, packed and moved, has been jammed ever since. The copy feeder is the only one that works, but you should close the nested copy feeder if necessary. There is no paper, but the notification remains, so no printing occurs. Bought two for Christmas gifts. One works perfectly. Very easy to set up, unlike some printers I've set up. Another stops talking wirelessly after about 2 weeks, which requires a software reset. Contact the factory they told me to reload the software! Have done this repeatedly. This device will be replaced under warranty. Let me start by saying that a printer would be nice if I could connect to Wi-Fi. Since unpacking I've had connection problems. The instructions were terrible and calling tech support to troubleshoot didn't help at all! I have been living abroad in Asia for 11 years and the notion that technology in Asia is advanced is a misconception. DEVICES at the highest level. The SOFTWARE is not up to date, particularly as far as the user interface is concerned. That's why Asian phones use Android (Google's American product). This printer is pretty much the same.
