I don't recommend Big internal lack of design

I would not recommend this product, it's a $$$ paperweight. Bought in October 2020 and after the first cartridge change, the printer does not recognize the cartridge. I sent photos to customer service but they apologized that they couldn't help me because 90 days had passed. Although one of their support members said this is a known issue. Check out the photos I've attached to the review. The third spring is no longer in contact with the cartridge. Go ahead, this is not the printer you are looking for.
