We have been using their helpdesk solution since we started with them over 10 years ago! It is very easy to use from end user perspective as well as admin side (ticketing system).
The support team has always delivered excellent service in resolving issues or helping out when needed by other departments within lightedge solutions such that it feels like they are part of your business rather than just another vendor you deal with during day work hours only. I cannot think anything negative about this product - however if there was something missing then surely would be looking at options available elsewhere but so far no complaints here either!! Help Desk Solution which helps us resolve customer queries quickly & effectively without having direct contact between users/customers themselves via email etc., This allows me time spend working more efficiently instead wasting my precious productive days waiting around emails / calls trying get through various levels before reaching someone who knows what's going wrong!
