Review on 💡 Thermaltake TT Sync SATA Powered 9 Port Addressable LED Controller - Aura Sync, RGB Fusion, Mystic Light Compatible (CL-O015-PL00BL-A) by Gary Stringfield

The item was shipped unexpectedly. I mean exactly as I wrote it. Actually sent. Other Thermaltake products took weeks to ship, but not this item. Unfortunately this doesn't work as intended. Thermaltake has issues with everything from shipping to returns to quality control. The fan controller has a bad port. All my other fans work except the one on that bad port. I'm guessing that's not all that's not working as my Aura Sync can't control the fans this product is supposedly designed for. It doesn't work in that regard. This isn't Thermaltake's first product with some issues. I would avoid Thermaltake until they agree. They make good looking products that work great on paper but not in real life. I regret taking the Thermaltake path.
