I like how simple it is to use; you can input your notes quickly as they are easy for me since my eyes aren't great after working in retail over 10 years! You cannot edit certain things or make changes if there was an issue with their service - such has been reported when someone would try too many times so be prepared because once entered everything looks correct but sometimes mistakes do happen (it's happened before). It keeps all our records together which makes them easier from time-to-time where we have had clients move around without updates being found later causing issues down the road. I like how easy it is to use for both myself as well my team members! The training was very helpful in setting up our environment which makes using case manager software so much easier!! Nothing really but overall great product with ease of access from anywhere at anytime helps us be able fix issues before they become problems. We have been working together since 2013 now we all are just getting used too this new way better than paper method. !
