I use very soft Buf Pufs which apparently are no longer made. I didn't expect them to be so gentle, but I certainly didn't expect them to be so hard. I have a set of white Buf Pufs for general use and they are even stiffer than these. They are an odd color - not the shade they should be. They look weird as if they are old and the boxes do not open like they should because they have been re-glued with heavy duty glue. It's so strong that it rips off the top entirely, while the top has a curved tab like a cracker or cereal box. One of the buff poufs looked like it had been hand cut, very uneven and broken, like ripples, like it was used once and came back, or dirty. The date on the boxes is 2014, and I think that's how long they sat in some dusty warehouse of a company that went bankrupt. Pooh. They went in the garbage.
