Much cheaper than a call to customer service
It was absolutely easy to program. The most important key to ordering replacement openers is to make sure you get the 'color' of the door's 'computer chip'. For example red, orange, green or any other color of your device. Of course, programming takes a few tries, and that's to be expected. The instructions were very good and comprehensive. I probably saved about $200 by not calling a service technician to program 2 remotes and also buying their remotes and labor. I will definitely order from this company again when the time comes in a few years.
