Intuitive and easy interface means less training needed
I use this system for all our ED's in my organization, which includes 5 facilities across 3 states (Alabama, Georgia & Tennessee).
It has been an amazing success! We have many different departments using it within each facility/department as well - from Nurses through Medical Staffers up into leadership positions such as Chief of Medicine or EMS Director. The best part is that any user can customize their own screens if they choose too by creating new reports etc., so there are no limitations with what you want your users access to either!! This allows us some flexibility without having someone else create those customizations when we need them later down the road as projects change over time. Also makes tracking things like ER length-of stay much easier than trying to remember everything yourself once everyone started working at one location together.
