First bad review.

I purchased this item new but when I received the item it was sealed with tape as if it were a used item. The clear plastic cover already had scratches as if it had been used for some time. I've been a main contributor for about 3 years now and this is my first bad review on one of your articles. This item can't cut cardstock paper, sticker and plain paper. The blade looked worn as it barely protruded from the knife holder. He clipped a practice run but missed a portion. I returned for a refund.
