Using this product, our team found that the color choices were lackluster and not as vibrant as we had hoped. The one positive was that the tool itself was easy to use. Unfortunately, the limited color options made it difficult to create dynamic scrapbook pages.

I purchased this item new but when I received the item it was sealed with tape as if it were a used item. The clear plastic cover already had scratches as if it had been used for some time. Like other comments, this item is not in working condition. You cannot cut an item of any size, as the item must be large enough to be pierced in place. This severely limits where you can cut circles and how large of a project you can cut circles. Even if the object is pierced in place, the paper will move and the cuts will not come out clean. The blades are difficult to insert into the grooves. Even without a blade or paper, when you move the circle cutter, the circle cutter will get stuck as…
