These pans are amazing for the price. The only catch we have with the set is that the large square pot lid does not fit. It is oversized by about half an inch. Otherwise these pans are great. We've had a very large 14" pan for a few months. Steaks, eggs, cheese, chicken - nothing burns. We don't have metal utensils so I can't tell you about scratches, but who would use metal. The tray is amazing We bake a lot of cookies Just shake the pan and they fall apart No butter, no pam, nothing Straight into the pan Also, I know the skillet is "dark" but we cook them. at the usual time and at the usual pace, and all is well.
