Store, 123, was incredibly quick and helpful. 5 stars for them. But this chair has a flawed design; There is no steel blocking the construction wheels. Once you try to attach the legs, the seat splits into two seams. This happens even before the legs are tightly pressed together; it's still too loose to stand alone, and yet the whole frame is cut off. Garbage.
