It is very easy to set up a VPN server with this software. You can also create custom rules that will allow you to connect only certain devices or computers when using your business's internet connection. I have used it several times since we started working at my current job. There are some functions that could be better explained. The GUI is not as user friendly as other programs like Cisco ASA but they do provide an "advanced" mode where there is less clutter to deal with. If you need a quick way to secure multiple remote offices/sites then this is great! Also their support team does a good job of helping people troubleshoot issues quickly if needed. They make sure everything works properly before sending out new builds. The ability to remotely manage my network with ease! It's been super easy so far managing devices that no longer have access or are not actively working (iTerm2/MacOS). I don't think there is anything i dislike at this point. If you're looking into remote management solutions look elsewhere as they can be very expensive. My organization needed an inexpensive solution without having any issues along those lines.
