This puzzle board was a gift from my daughter. The box was delivered in poor condition. It was torn and I could see that it had been re-taped and re-packaged at some point. The box was not sealed/sealed, just sealed with tape, it was old and falling off. The board itself didn't look damaged from rough handling, but one of the wooden boards that keep the puzzle pieces from falling off was missing. (The frame had to be on three sides, not just two.) There were tiny nail holes in the base, suggesting the plank of wood had once been there. We were very disappointed that the seller sent us a used and damaged puzzle board. We kept it because it was Christmas and it would be too difficult to get it back. Otherwise she likes the board, although at $100 it seems cheap.
