My husband was fixing a leaking shower and had to pull the center section of the handle out of the handle to replace the washer but it was snapped and frozen. Place. I have a Dremel that I use for dog nails (sanding part) that also has one of these cut-off wheels in the kit. I figured if that didn't work the worst that could happen would be replacing the entire shower with new handles. In less than a minute he was able to cut just enough into the screw for the screwdriver to grab and unscrew it. New washer, new screw and yet another use for our Dremel. I bought a pack of this and two other styles to have on hand.
