I used this product for cleaning around the house as well as workout and i feel like it honestly did the job it made me sweat more then usual and it's comfortable, also loved that the breasts area is not tight in any way does not bother you in any way. The zipper looks like its a strong zipper for working out in and bending with it on will not roll down or unzip.
