When I first purchased it I wore it to work under my scrubs for the first week. It felt great but towards the end of the day it started to hurt in the arm pit area. But the second week it seemed to fit a little better and I want having that pinching. I thought it was just getting stretched out but co-workers started asking if I was losing weight. The scale showed no real weight lose but I was losing inches. So far very happy with the product.

I initially purchased the medium size but it did not snug fit. So, I returned it for a small size. The small fits perfectly! I am 5 ft 5 in and weigh 160 lbs and it fits just fine. Of course, I wear a size 36B bra. A day ago, I did my brisk walk and could feel the sweat running down my back and tummy. I love it and would recommend item. If one choose, it can be worn everyday to help reduce your mid-section!

I bought this product to help slim my mid section after a hysterectomy. I tried it on and love it! There only thing I might change on it is putting some kind of eye hooks or buttons to hold it together so it's easier to zip and you don't get your skin. The product fits really nice and was exactly what I was looking for. However, the smell of the fabric is so strong and off putting (best way to describe it is like a burnt plastic/factory smell). I was excited to get this but I’m really disappointed in the fit and the scent! The sleeves are very loose so it was useless there the middle was a little big but it was still fine. I’m a size 10 right now and purchased L. I probably would have exchanged it for a Medium but the smell! Yuck it’s not only a rubber smell but a chemical. I just want to say this product, the material is really great quality. The stitching is perfect and it's really easy to get on. I'm about 320 lb at 5"11' I got the XXXL, but would have been a little better off getting the XXL. the cons would be that the material made my skin have an allergic reaction to it causing it to get red bumps and red skin. I ordered the sauna suit long sleeve waist trainer. I’m so excited! I got a large, I’m usually a M to L tops sometimes a size 10 or 12 depending on the fabric, so I’d say fit is true to size. The L fits perfect, a bit loose in the arms but I love the extra room and it really makes you sweat! After a while it does rise but maybe I’m between sizes. Highly recommend it 👍🏼

The stomach part fits for the most part. It could come down a bit lower covering the whole stomach which would make it fit even better. The arm parts are a bit bigger than i would like so i feel like i can’t really move my arms around. It doesn’t have that secure feeling in the arms. It does al bought serve its purpose but i just wish it was thinner so that it was more comfortable to work out in. It just makes me feel like i have on a thick bulky jacket underneath my t shirt.
