With winter approaching, it's time to get a humidifier. All my old ones were, well, old and in need of replacement. I really like the Mooka humidifier. It is a neutral off-white plastic with a small clear water level window. The instructions are precise and simple. After filling the top with water, plugging it in and pressing the power button, the machine will start to emit lots of cool vapor. silent! There are three levels of steam supply, which can be regulated using the touch button. You can set the humidity from 45% to 90%. When this humidity level is reached, the machine switches off automatically. (A feature that works well after trying it! And probably one of the ones I'm most looking forward to!) I love that now not only does the room get soaked, but I can control how much moisture comes out. There is also a timer function which I haven't used and don't intend to use because. As soon as we turn on the wood stove, the humidifier works all the time. Complaints: no handles on the water tank; coupled with the smooth material and the precision needed to place the tank on the engine block, refilling the tank isn't exactly easy. A small mark on the line of the two pieces with built in handles makes this a five star block. Although I just saw that I can replenish supplies with a jar. However, I prefer a secure hold.
