This is a terrible unit.

We bought two of these scanners and after two months they stopped working normally. The trigger would get stuck, many times it just wouldn't work, then we would scan the barcode in the dock, then it would work for a product and it wouldn't work again. Customer support cannot be found. This is a terrible unit.
