Review on 🔌 Gigabyte GP-P450B Power Supply (80 Plus Bronze Certified, Quiet Fan, Active Power Protection) – Enhanced SEO by Louis Turley

I chose this power supply because it was cheaper than others I was looking for in the 850W range. Too bad I didn't listen to the other negative reviews. It's far from worth the risk of it catching fire, melting or in my case destroying your drive controllers. I was lucky that the more expensive components weren't damaged, but after replacing my old PSU, I turned on the system, heard a small pop, and was left with no boot disk. You can buy this power supply and have no problems, but in my experience it's NOT WORTH the risk to save a few bucks. The headache it causes is immeasurable. I didn't get a response from Gigabyte support on this, so I'm still dealing with the consequences of that decision a few weeks later. Spend $50-$100 more for another manufacturer and save yourself the hassle.
