Yes, the touchscreen is terrible (you have to press hard). Yes, it's really hard to see during the day. If they could fix those two things, that would be perfect. But even with two warts, it's better than anything else and you won't regret buying it. You can easily check the sun calibration at noon. Mine was top notch. This told me that the color temperature of *all* my LED bulbs was *much* different than what was advertised. And it shows a blue peak on the LEDs that you might not otherwise see. SSI scores are great for evaluating lighting. Many flashlights have a high CRI but a lousy SSI. This takes the guesswork out of the light. Now you can set all lights to the same color temperature.
