The best thing about this tool, apart from its easy navigation, is that it provides detailed insights into your business process and makes you understand what's working well or not! It also has an intuitive dashboard which gives you a clear picture of where you stand today compared to the industry standard. I would say the tool is very user-friendly, but would recommend adding more categories in the upcoming versions to make it easier for new users like us. As a whole, it's a great tool to assess the current state of your business processes and identify areas where improvements can be made. We were able to compare our results with other brands in the market and benchmark ourselves against them.
