Sizes run big on my review.
These would be great winter boots/shoes but they seem to be in European sizing. I wear 7-7.5 US, which is a 37 UK. I got the 7 Womens /6 Mens which ended up being a 38 UK (normally a 38 UK is 7.5-8, at least that's how Dansko sizes their stuff ) and they are too big. If they were a half size smaller they'd be perfect.

- The traction is awsome and they're very warm. I live in alaska so both are important.

- May not be suitable for extreme weather conditions
