Bought February 2018 and received quickly, I ordered Home Depot for free because they couldn't program it. It had to be programmed by a locksmith, which cost over $80. (He's already been in the house for something else) However, that doesn't work for doors, so if you're locked out because it's not broadcasting and you have a convertible jeep, you're SOL. (I got lucky) The case opened in mid-October, so it's probably a communication issue. I'm frustrated that I can't lock my jeep right now and the whole thing is about $100 for next to nothing.
